Joe Carcione III
Whether a buyer or seller, you can depend on Joe Carcione III to provide you with honest service and the best possible negotiated result.
A native Peninsulan, Joe has lived in Menlo Park since the age of four. His knowledge of local schools and community events and programs is first-hand. Joe has attended these schools and participated in many local programs and events over the years. This knowledge has also been supplemented by coaching many different local baseball, basketball, soccer, and softball teams since 1985. It is also through his four children, who attend local schools, that Joe stays current and involved in local affairs.
In real estate, Joe is a Broker associate who makes sure to meet all of his clients’ needs in a timely fashion. Integrity and honesty are the hallmarks of Joe’s business practices. For over twenty years, Joe has successfully operated his own businesses in Menlo Park. In 1989, he opened his first business, Home Field Advantage, in the downtown area. Joe opened a second business, Joe Carcione’s Juice Patch, in 1996, also in Menlo Park.
In opening these businesses, Joe was carrying on a family tradition with a reputation that his great-grandfather, Peter Carcione, had created when he started a business on the Peninsula nearly 100 years ago. This tradition was cemented when Joe’s grandfather, Joe Carcione “The Greengrocer,” conducted his own business and became nationally trusted and admired for his consumer advocacy. The Carcione name has become synonymous with integrity and consumer confidence.
